I will not be accepting donations until after the July 2 Qualifying date and I am placed on the November Ballot as an Independent. Upon qualification, I will turn my attention to raising the necessary funds to run an effective campaign for Georgia's 5th District Congressional Office.

Pauper Candidacy

Currently unemployed and having exhausted all of my resources preparing my candidacy I qualify to run for office as a Pauper Candidate.

This hard road was my own choice and I'm glad I took it. It was not enough for me to find employment and security when there are millions of other Americans out of work. I've been solving problems for large organizations for many years now and it made better sense to put my skills to use in optimizing The United States government.

What good is personal financial security when our store fronts are emptying and our neighborhoods are suffering?

So over the past 7 months I have put my years of professional and life experiences to the task of studying what ails our Nation and communities. I am confident that Independence is the cure for most if not all of them.

Complex problem resolution comes in three phases; quick wins, mid-term fixes, and long term solutions. Putting people back to work so they can provide for themselves and contribute to their communities is key to all three phases in resolving our Nation's complex problems.

The restoration of the Small Business sector is not only the quickest way of putting people back to work, it is the foundation for a long term solution.

Help get me on the Ballot by July 2 so I have time to earn your vote by November 2, 2010. Call 404-343-9739 or email me at stevemorris@endisfar.com to sign the petition.

July 2 is coming fast, and there is still enough time to get a candidate on the 5th District's Congressional Ballot that can give Representative John Lewis a run for his money.

With all due respect to the Republican candidates (Nguyen and Little), no Republican has held this seat in nearly 40 years and Mr. Lewis' closest opponent in 24 years only captured 31% of the votes in 1994.

With all due respect to the Democratic incumbent, he is too far to the left and cannot properly represent the full diversity of Atlanta's citizens. He has excelled at appropriating money, but that has failed to solve any problems. If you want to see more of a behavior, throw money at it. If you want to see less, tax it.

Georgia's 5th district needs a candidate who has found and can represent the common ground of all of our citizens without injecting the far left & right ideology that separates the Republican and Democrat parties.

My candidacy introduces a new and fresh choice where our common needs and issues come before party politics. Someone who is not bound by political ideology, but rather the commitment to finding and implementing solutions that serve our citizens no matter who you are.

I am walking the Residential neighborhoods and talking with our Small Businesses owners to find voters who would like to tear down the barriers that prohibit the left and right from meeting in the middle to solve our common issues.

Call or email me if you are interested in helping a viable candidate get on the Ballot to oppose Representative Lewis's 13th consecutive bid for the 5th District's Congressional seat. I will come to you.
